Everything was great. At least around Bali, there was always a signal. Installation took only a few seconds. Customer service wasn't needed, but unfortunately, it still had to be included in the review.

Guide Eko provided in depth information about Medan. Driver Ali has superb navigation and drives very well. Minus the lousy weather, this itinerary is excellent.

Because I was hiking, the signal might have been weak in some areas, but it worked fine once I got back to the city. For installation, you need to find Wi-Fi near the airport first, then click the installation link, which is easier than sometimes having to follow complicated steps when the link doesn't work. And since I had layovers in both Singapore and Malaysia, it was easy to buy this 3-country package. No need to install it each time; just do it once and it works throughout my transit. This is great and I highly recommend it for traveling to these countries.

Despite the weather not being the best (it was constantly raining through the entirety of the trip – no matter the location), we had a great time! Our guide Anggi and our driver Andi were both really kind and made sure we had the best time possible. Since Anggi is a local from Berastagi he knew just about everything about Mount Sibayak, Sumatra and Indonesia you could think and ask about. We can highly recommend this tour, Anggi and Andi!


