This time I went out for my parents to play, and they were generally satisfied. Just for the tax refund, the team leader and the parents said that they can refund the tax in 7 days. On the day they came back, I asked the parents if there was a certificate for the tax refund. They told me that there was no certificate. The team leader informed me that after filling out the form, it was fine. The money will be returned. Now the leader has all denied it, doubting this. Anyway, now I say that there is no reason. I sent an email to the tax refund company. The tax refund company informed that I could not find my tax refund information from the three types of information such as card number and name passport number. It can be seen that the efficiency of this so-called "senior" leader! ! ! Forget it, the tax refund is estimated to be not back. This leader should also manage it well elsewhere. I won't say about it. In terms of itinerary, reservations and other aspects, parents are very satisfied with Trip.com !
