Kiki our driver and Eddy our guide were absolutely brilliant, from the pick up at the cruise port to the drop off later.
We met Eddy’s family making coffee and coconut oil as they had done for generations - all by hand and we were encouraged to have a go ourselves. A brilliant walk across rice fields and stunning terrain. A trip to the waterfalls (too cowardly to swim) and a successful search for black monkeys - all very authentic.
Kiki’s driving was exemplary which is a challenge amongst all of the motorbikes and we both felt we had really seen the local Lombok.
