The entire ticket exchange process was quick. You have to transfer between elevators several times to get to the 81st-floor buffet. We bought outdoor seating, and going at dusk to see the sunset was absolutely stunning! The food was all high quality, and there was a wide variety of indoor options. The ticket also included a drink at the 83rd-floor bar and a must-see on the 84th floor to see the rotating floor.★

It was quite worth it. The boat trip lasted two hours, with live music and a great atmosphere. The buffet was also quite extensive. Most importantly, we saw fireworks. The only downside was that we weren't assigned outdoor seating.★

A wonderful trip. The staff was very helpful and friendly. The trip was relaxing. The sunset was beautiful. The food was delicious. You can dive from the boat and fish. We caught three fish right before our eyes. Thank you so much! And by the way, a scene from season 3 of the TV series "White Lotus" was filmed on this boat :)
