It is very convenient to book through Trip.com . Whether it is Qiandao Lake or Huangshan, the scenery is worth browsing. The scenery is very satisfactory, but I have said more. Let’s talk about dissatisfaction:
1. The tour guide arranged by Trip.com is still satisfactory, but Qiandao Lake must be a local guide to the local attractions by boat, and keep flickering to the payment point. Although it is ultimately not paid for or decided by itself, tourists often are not familiar with the route, and the tour guide is largely misleading.
2. Huangshan Tour is picked up by Huangshan Local Star Tour Travel Agency after the end of Qiandao Lake. Everyone must ask about the accommodation standards in advance. I have encountered several situations: First, I stayed for two nights in the itinerary. The first night was under the mountain. There were many hotels and standard rooms. No problem, but the second night on the mountain said that it was a number of 8-12 people. I went to know that there are many rooms or basements, no windows, needless to say the taste, if you want to change it, you can －－-standard room 1380 a night, it is recommended to ask the accommodation standards on the mountain;
3. The second day of heavy rain, the whole body was soaked to the tour guide that he went down the mountain, the range fare was 19 yuan at his own expense, the tour guide said that they took 11 yuan, can only give us 11 yuan, we feel OK. Later, I met with the tour guide and another tour guide said that the contract said that the cost of the tourists' own reasons was not refundable. At first glance, we felt that it was reasonable to listen to the reasons, but he added later that the three of us went down the mountain by ourselves and didn't go to the shopping store. The head fee of each shopping store was 45 yuan per person. This is the reason that led to their loss, so the cost can not be given to us. After listening to this reason, everyone can judge for themselves, and tell it for your reference.
