It would be helpful to mention that the car park isn't near the finish line... and that there's still a 1.5km walk, which can be significant after a challenging 21km hike! ;)

The shuttle was very well organized, especially considering that there had been a fire in the national park a few days prior, and it only reopened on the day of our booked transfer. We were kept well-informed and regularly updated by the operator about the current situation and available options. Ultimately, the early transfer allowed us to participate in the opening ceremony. It was an unforgettable and special experience, particularly starting the trail accompanied by Maori singing. And hopefully, it will remain a unique experience.

it was amazing. Pick-Up was on time. I made the crossing in time (though I was the last on board) but I made it in 7:40. I was worried when I bookef if I woll below time limit. But herr I am and proud and happy :)
