we really enjoyed our trip to Gibraltar. Jose did an excellent driving job and Monica was very informative, friendly and helpful. She easily communicated in multiple languages. one of the best guides we've had we had an issue with another bus company that picked up at the same location and simply refused us on the bus without explaining that there were a few different companies all going to Gibraltar. we started back to our hotel but decided to give it a few more minutes and our bus appeared. I should have asked for his name because the company he works for should know that tourists can easily become confused! Monica was very sympathetic and hopefully she'll keep him in mind if there are any other complaints.

The trip was beautiful, but the weather was incredibly heavy, so it gave a different impression. The donkeys weren't outside, nor were the horses, but otherwise everything was fine. But you can't control the weather.


