My partner and I booked this tour because we like knowing the histories of the places we visit. Despite many travels to Europe and Italy in the past, neither of us had been to Trieste. Our tour guide was very well prepared and able to answer all of our questions. She was also flexible enough to begin the tour in a different location than she normally does because there was no parking near our hotel. I would recommend this tour to anyone provided they are healthy enough to walk up and down Trieste’s hilly terrain.

The tour was incredible...each place we visited had its own unique and incredibly beautiful characteristics. We could have spent several days visiting these places. The guide, Thomas, was very good; he told us all the details about the attractions and also about the culture and history of Slovenia.


