Our guide, Dumitry, was professional, fun, and wonderful. The detailed explanations of the two castles, the well-balanced free time, and the afternoon winery tour where we could sample various wines were all great. The participants were from many different countries, and the interaction was very enjoyable. We were blessed with good weather (it was almost too hot!), and I am grateful for such a meaningful and enjoyable day!

Our guide was very knowledgeable. It was a crash course in wine tasting. We learned so much about the wines of the Loire region! I would recommend this tour!

We enjoyed the history of the chateau and the resident family. The tour of the vineyards and cellars was informative. The host was amicable and very educated on the working of the estate. Delicious wines; we bought several. The picnic was divine!

Even on an extremely hot day, it was an excellent experience! Clement did a perfect job 😊 He took us on a beautiful ride by the Cher River, through country villages to a goat cheese farm. We were shown their process of making the cheeses they sold and had a cheese tasting in their show room. Delicious cheeses! Then, we rode through the vineyards to a local winery, given a full tour and tasting. We met the owners in both the cheese factory and in the winery. Very special! Then the best part, we chose a bottle of wine and a few cheeses. Rode to a shaded spot in the vineyard and had a picnic. Clement made a beautiful spread of bread, cheese, wine, tomatoes, apples & juice. We ate till we could eat no more. Absolutely delicious. My family were good bikers. I was not. Clement was very patient and helpful. I was able to finish the entire adventure. My husband, daughter & Granddaughter said it was their favorite day of the entire trip to Paris & Loire Valley!
