I purchased it just before going through the boarding gate before leaving the country, and it was convenient because I could use it immediately after arriving! I also went to the remote island of Mana, and there were no problems with the signal! I think there is still less information about Fiji than in other countries, so I think there will be many opportunities to look it up once you arrive there.
