This was my first trip abroad, and I opted for a group tour again. There were a few minor hiccups during booking, but they were resolved eventually. Overall, I was satisfied with the trip, especially our tour guide, who was highly knowledgeable and sincere. I hope to have a good tour guide again on my next trip.

I went with two friends. Although you can only buy two tickets per order, we had to order twice to meet the needs of the three of us. The valley is definitely worth a visit, with rides like the drop tower and the giant swing. Those with heart conditions should be cautious!

The person in charge of ticket redemption had arranged a time with us beforehand, but some things came up and we were delayed, so we tried to call and change the time to a later date. However, we were told that it wasn't possible. At that moment, we were told that refunds and time changes were both prohibited, which was incredibly frustrating and felt like we'd been cheated. This service needs improvement. We made numerous complaints, and finally, Ctrip agreed to reschedule our ticket collection.
