Reviews: [Guaranteed Departure] Fukuoka: Yufuin + Beppu Kamado Jigoku + Dazaifu Tenmangu One Day Tour [Japan Kyushu • Kannawa • English Guide]

It was a fantastic trip to Beppu with my high school daughter and elementary school son. 👍 They say the Kamado Hell training in Fukuoka is hotter than in Korea during the summer... but we had such a blast on the tour. We received valuable tips and wit from our guide, and it was a sightseeing experience where we could laugh throughout. Even though they are teenagers, they didn't get angry; instead, they found everything fascinating and cute, and enjoyed the tour immensely. 😊 Guide Taekwon, you are the best! I highly recommend you. Thanks to you, I want to come back to Fukuoka!

I was worried about how to travel to Fukuoka in the humid and hot month of July with an 11-month-old baby and a 7-month pregnant woman, so I decided to sign up for a bus tour. Although I have visited Fukuoka several times, this was my first time on a bus tour. I had a fulfilling trip with an itinerary and routes that I wouldn't have even dared to attempt on my own. Every single stop was great—from places that don't require long stays to those that are hard to visit unless you go out of your way to find them. Above all, thanks to the kind guide who was perfect at every destination, covering everything from great restaurants and shopping to fun stories, it was a truly wonderful trip. I will recommend this tour to my friends and hope to see you again on another tour next time!! Thank you so much~~😊

Miss Nicole was a very pleasant tour guide, and the trip was as expected due to the long travel. I enjoyed ir regardless, and I like how they update periodically on Whats-up so we won't overstay in one location.
Reviews: 1-day tour to Mount Aso, Kusasenri and Kurokawa Onsen in Kumamoto, Kyushu with complimentary Aso shuttle service

The most regrettable thing was not being able to get up close to Mount Aso; we could only see it from a very, very far distance. To those who didn't know it was a volcano, it was like a cloud rising from the mountain. However, the sulfur smell near the shrine was very strong and pungent. Overall, it was good; the guide's explanations were clear, and enough time was allocated for each attraction. Kusanagi Senri is pitifully small; after seeing the vast and beautiful landscapes of our motherland, it feels like a backyard.

Kang Chun-hwa (Korean) explained things calmly and well, and Sun (English, Chinese) explained things in detail. Thanks to you two, I had a great day today.

Excellent tour guide, perfect itinerary, ideal for solo travelers. Our guide, Mr. Sun, was very nice and even helped with taking photos. When I went, the crater was still closed. The itinerary only included a local specialty shopping center (?) in front of the shrine (arriving at 9:20 AM, with 30/40 minutes of activity time). The pudding they sold there was delicious, don't miss it! The shopping center view is in p3. You can swing and relax underneath. The view of the Sunny Shrine is in p2. The Kusasenri itinerary was quite rushed (only 1 hour), so I don't recommend eating a proper meal there. If you're really hungry, avoid the burger – it's mediocre, expensive, and takes a long time to arrive (I waited half an hour for my food, didn't even have time to take pictures, and didn't even have time to drink the Aso ice cream or milk). The scenery is in p1. Note the lots of animal droppings in the grass. We arrived at Kurokawa Onsen around 1:30 PM, and were given an hour and a half for activities, but I left the group to stay at a local inn, so I'm not sure about what happened next. Our tour guide, Mr. Sun, was very attentive and even called the hotel owners for members of our group who wanted to check in. The cream puffs at Kurokawa Onsen, which he recommended, were delicious. I also tried the pudding, which was quite good. I consider Kurokawa Onsen a must-try bakery.
