This is a great product, easy to book, and excellent value for money. The only problem with this trip was that my original round-trip flights were cancelled. I called Ctrip and they said that China Eastern Airlines frequently cancels flights on the Kunming-Bangkok segment. Fortunately, Ctrip's service was very considerate, and they assisted in changing my tickets to direct flights from Chengdu to Bangkok, which was quite convenient. I recommend Ctrip for this type of product and will book again for my next trip. Also, the prices for the additional services were very reasonable. I chose the Thai visa option, which was only 17 yuan more expensive than the embassy's, but Ctrip would pick up the documents from my door and deliver them after the visa was issued, saving me time and effort.

The hotel has a great location, just across the street from *** and StarWorld, with plenty of restaurants and shopping options nearby. The Science and Technology Museum is within walking distance (though a bit far).
