Fabulous day made all the more magical because of a substantial snow fall overnight. Robert our driver was safe and skilled and got our coach places I wouldn't have attempted with a car! Pick ups were on time and convenient, Szczepan our guide was knowledgable, spoke excellent English and had a great sense of humour- he really made the day! Zakopane is busy, the little cabin market on the way to the town centre are actually really good value for wood and socks!! There are lots of places to eat at the top of the funicular and it's probably a fab view on a clear day but it was still snowing so we couldn't T really see a lot! The thermal baths are also busy this time of year but there are quieter adult only areas and two areas with swim up bars. Remember to take flip flops and a towel although you can buy them when you get there, A full day but we had the best of times!

Brilliant day trip with special thanks to our host Antoni who was absolutely fantastic. So nice and was very impressive how he was able to switch between both English and Spanish. The thermal pools were a particular highlight. Would do the tour again.

Amazing tour! Adam was a the best tourguide. He had lot of knowledge to share and was great at explaining it. The whole tour was amazing, with mesmerizing nature and a view into the locals and their dayly lfe. We where amazed. Would recommend both the tour and Adam for everyone, it is definitely worth it. We even got recommendations for the rest of our visit in Krakow, and we got the taste the most delicious meal, ever.

Mike was amazing!!! He was personable and funny too! He made sure we were all set st each spot and was always available to answer questions. He sent us information and gave us some great ideas. 100% would book the tour again!!!!

Most importantly, it's easy to install. You can use it as soon as you arrive at the airport – it's fantastic! You can use it for all social media platforms and transfer money securely, without needing Wi-Fi. The price is great, super economical, I'm extremely satisfied. I highly recommend it to my friends!

A fun filled day, with lots of activities and stops. We really enjoyed everywhere we went, especially Zakopane and the thermal baths! I think there was enough time to sight see and enjoy our time in every place we went, but could have easily spent the full day at the thermal baths! The guide and driver were lovely and so friendly. Highly recommend


