Before heading to Haejangpo Village in the south, you will pass through Taojangpo Village. On the left side of the village is the Taojangpo Cruise Ship Pier. You can take a boat to visit the outer islands and Haejumpang. The hill where the ticket office is located is called Wind. hill. On this grass-covered hill overlooking the vast sea, it is refreshing. With the popularity of TV series "Eve's Garden" and "Merry-go-round", the number of tourists to the Hill of Wind began to increase gradually, and the name of Hill of Wind began to enter people's hearts. The Hill of Wind is affected by the terrain and the sea breeze is strong, so most of the plants that grow here are relatively short. On the hillside of the Hill of the Wind, there are long-rooted and older winter cypress communities that are affected by the sea breeze all the year round. The winter cypress tree that has undergone the baptism of the years has left many traces of the years.Geoje-si · 15.6 km from downtown

Especially in summer, the temperature is only about 25 ℃, and many tourists go to escape the heat. It is better to visit Geoje Island from April to June every year. In addition to taking a boat, tourists can also take a car to enter Geoje Island from the Geoje Bridge connecting Geoje and Tongying. The black pebble coast of Hedong is surrounded by Laozi Mountain and Jialuo Mountain, which is especially quiet. Because its terrain resembles a flying crane, it is called Crane Cave Dream Stone. Large and small black pebbles are distributed on the ground 1.2 kilometers long and 50 meters wide from Longyan, covering an area of 30,000 square kilometers, giving people a unique feeling that is hard to find elsewhere. It's a wonderful feeling to walk on these pebbles listening to the sound of the waves lapping. It is said that stepping on these pebbles also has the effect of massage, which can be described as killing two birds with one stone. In addition, the wild camellia forest area along the coastline is designated as a nature reserve, and the camellias bloom in February and March, adding a bit of interest to the coast. In summer, there are also eight-color birds with a length of 20cm. These birds come in June and leave in September, and the colors are very gorgeous. It is also a summer resort. The sea water is clear and clean, and tents can be set up by the sea. It is very suitable for the whole family to come here for vacation and leisure. Therefore, many tourists come here to escape the summer heat. There are sashimi shops and other facilities around the beach to rest, as well as guesthouses and other facilities, and a seaside festival is held every summer. Cruises to Haegeumgang and Outer Island Sea Farm also depart from Hakdong. At sunset, the sea water is reflected in deep red, and the sea King Kong floats on it. From the cruise ship, the scenery is very romantic.Geoje-si · 11.9 km from downtown

Yongdusan Park is a park that encompasses the entire hill. The hill's shape resembles a dragon's head reaching toward the harbor, which is how it got its name. In the past, the hill was covered in dense pine forests and was once known as "Songhyunsan." The park entrance features an outdoor escalator, allowing visitors to ride up from the commercial street and enter the park, making it convenient for those who want to enjoy a high vantage point while shopping. The park's attractions are centrally located. The flower clock in the hilltop plaza is decorated with fresh flowers, with different colors for each season. Nearby stands a bronze statue of the Joseon naval hero Yi Sun-sin, and the bell pavilion next to it houses the Citizen's Bell. Ringing the bell to welcome the New Year at the turn of the year is a long-standing city tradition in Busan. The park's landmark is the approx. 120m Busan Tower. The observation deck at the top offers a wide view, allowing you to overlook Busan Port, Yeongdo, and Yeongdo Bridge, as well as enjoy the scenery of the surrounding streets. After nightfall, the tower lights up, reflecting against the night view of the harbor. The park is compact and easy to explore; if you come in the evening, you can first enjoy the flower clock and the bronze statue, then ascend the tower to view the night scenery.Busan · 44.8 km from Geoje-si

Haeundae Beach is located in the southeast of Busan and is an urban beach characterized by its fine white sand and shallow bay. The beach is approx. 1.5 km long with fine, soft sand, and the slope into the water is gentle, making it suitable for swimming and playing in the water. High-rise buildings and hotels are distributed around the coast, where modern urban views and the open sea complement each other, creating a unique coastal landscape. The name of the beach is related to the pen name "Haeun" of the Silla-era scholar Choi Chi-won, and the "Haeundae" inscription remains on the rocks of nearby Dongbaek Park, adding a historical touch to the coast. In summer, rows of parasols are a common sight on the beach, attracting many tourists to swim and relax. At night, the lights of the high-rise buildings reflect on the sea, and you can also enjoy the coastal night view while walking along the seaside promenade. The beach also hosts the Polar Bear Swimming Festival and the Haeundae Sand Festival, where you can enjoy large sand sculptures and related activities during the festival. During New Year's Day, the seaside is also one of the spots to watch the sunrise and welcome the new year. Restaurants and accommodation facilities are concentrated around the beach, making it suitable for both experiencing seaside leisure and enjoying the view where the city of Busan meets the ocean.Busan · 58 km from Geoje-si

Haedong Yonggungsa Temple is situated on the cliffs of the east coast of Busan, a Buddhist temple nestled between the mountains and the sea. Legend has it that the temple was founded in 1376 by the monk Naong, who served as the royal preceptor to King Gongmin. It was later destroyed by war and rebuilt in the 1930s under the guidance of monks from Tongdosa Temple. In 1974, the head monk Jeong-am dreamed of the White-robed Guanyin ascending to heaven on a dragon while praying, which is how the temple got its name, adding a legendary touch to this seaside temple. Descending 108 stone steps from the entrance leads to the temple, passing by Sunrise Rock, which is perfect for viewing the sea and sunrise. The temple buildings are distributed along the coastal cliffs; the Seawater Guanyin statue faces the sea, the Main Hall (Daeungjeon) is decorated with traditional dancheong paintings, and the Cave Dharma Hall (Gulbeopdang) is built into a rock cave, enshrining a seated Maitreya Buddha. The Four-Lion Three-Story Stone Pagoda in front of the Main Hall is also a unique feature, with the 4 stone lions displaying expressions of joy, anger, sorrow, and happiness, respectively. In addition, the temple also has a Dragon King Hall and stone carvings such as the 12 zodiac animal statues. In spring, cherry blossoms near the entrance add color to the temple. Around Buddha's Birthday, rows of colorful lanterns are hung throughout the temple, and at night, the lights reflect off the ocean waves, creating a unique scene. Strolling along the stone steps and viewing areas, you can enjoy the combined scenery of the temple architecture, coastal rocks, and the vast sea.Busan · 64.6 km from Geoje-si

Geojedo Haegeumgang is an island located 500m offshore on the south side of Dachuri-ri in the south of Geoje City, with an altitude of about 116m and an area of 0.1㎢. Haegeumgangum, which connects the two islands, is part of the Hanryeo Sea National Park and was designated as the No. 2 scenic spot in 1971. The island was once called Kudzu Island because of its shape like an extension of kudzu vines, but it is better known by its name, which means "King Kong in the sea". It is said that Xu Shi, who was rich in herbal medicines and searched for immortality for Qin Shihuang, once led 3,000 boys and girls to come here, and engraved the four characters "Xu Shi has passed this", calling it Herb Island. In the vicinity of Haegeumganga, there are strange rocks such as Cross Cave, Lion Rock, Maitreya Rock, Candlestick Rock, and Riwol Peak where you can enjoy the sunrise and sunset.Geoje-si · 17.4 km from downtown

Windy Hill is a representative tourist attraction of Geojedo Island, where you can enjoy the cool sea breeze and beautiful scenery. The sea seen from the open hill is a spectacular sight, and the scenery combined with the blue sky is especially good for taking pictures. There are many days when the wind blows strongly, so you can feel cool, but if you wear a hat, you should be careful not to blow it away. There are famous places nearby, such as Gujora Beach and Shinsundae Observatory, so it is good to visit them together. If you want to enjoy leisure in quiet nature, it is a place worth visiting at least once.

One of places one should visit when coming to Busan. It is far away from Busan city, bus ride for 2 hours. It is hard to get a taxi from this place. How I went there:I went to Busan station and go to bus terminal. Bought tickets to Jangseungpo (journey was around 1.5 hour) From there, took another bus to Jangseungpo port(you can buy ticket to Oedo which was our initial plan to go there first). Ended up, took another bus for few stations and taxi to the windy hill. Worth the time spent on the bus. Breathtaking view. Very recommended.

I visited Jeju Island during my trip to South Korea. Located in southwestern South Korea, Jeju Island is the largest island in the country and its only special autonomous province. The direct flight from Guangzhou to Jeju Island takes about two and a half hours. Jeju Island is famous for its volcanic landscape and mild climate, earning it the nickname "Korea's Hawaii." In 2007, its natural landscapes, including Hallasan Mountain and lava caves, were listed as a UNESCO World Natural Heritage Site. Famous attractions on the island include Hallasan Mountain, lava caves, Seongsan Ilchulbong Peak, and the Olle Trails, among others.

It is a very iconic spot in Busan. A myraid of houses in different colour makes a beautiful view. Grab some drink and snack on the way up the hill. U must to go the flipbook studio. It is good for couples. If you dont have time, dont need to climb to the top and take pic with the little prince. There is nothing special.

Busan's sea doesn't need filters or extensive planning. Just looking at the lighthouse and listening to the waves is enough to while away the time. - 🚠 Coastline At Haeundae Beach, you can take the Sky Capsule or the Coastal Train. Unfortunately, both were sold out, so you'd have to enjoy the coastal scenery on foot. - ☕️ Sandy Blue There are many cafes along the beach, some with long queues. I randomly went into Sandy Blue; there's a window on the second floor facing the lighthouse. -

Seongsan Ilchulbong Peak is an iconic World Natural Heritage site on Jeju Island. This "green crown," formed by an underwater volcanic eruption, rises majestically from the sea, its massive crater at the summit creating a stunning contrast with 99 other uniquely shaped peaks. Not only is it an exceptional spot for watching the sunrise over the sea, but climbing to the top also offers panoramic views of the azure ocean and the beautiful Udo Island. It's an unmissable destination for anyone visiting Jeju Island to experience the wonders of nature.
