Odori Park, located near Sapporo Station in downtown Sapporo, isn't particularly large, resembling a typical garden or green space in Japan. However, the famous Sapporo TV Tower is right next to the park, attracting numerous tourists from all over the world. The area is packed with people eager to take photos.

I came here for the hot springs and Noboribetsu Jigokudani. Since it is not the peak tourist season, the town is particularly quiet.
The air is filled with the smell of sulfur everywhere, uh, it is very much like rotten eggs.
Except for a few restaurants at night, shops, souvenir shops, etc. are closed early. Walking on the street, there is only the sound of feet tapping on the road. Only when you walk into the restaurant and hot spring hotel, you seem to be back to the bustling world.
The town is not big, and it takes half a day to walk around.

Second time here and this place never disappoints us! Worth to visit. Came here by tram ride from Susukini and walking distance up to the entrance. It was winter. The snow was thick and we really enjoyed play with the snow. The souvenir shop was great with variety of choices.cable car run smoothly.

Our kids learned to snowboard after just a half-day lesson, all thanks to Mr. Chris South. He took wonderful care of our two boys, ages 9 and 16. As first-timers, they needed a patient teacher, and Chris was exactly that: helpful, professional, and kind, answering every question with a smile. His fluent English instruction was clear and easy to follow. He even took many videos for us to keep. My son was snowboarding almost like a pro by the end of the day! We are so happy he was their coach; we truly got our money's worth. If you're looking for a coach, you can't go wrong with Chris. We deeply appreciate his efforts in making their first snowboarding experience both fun and educational. Everything about today: the coach, the place, the service, the snow, deserves a perfect 10!
