Things to do in Shangrao

The hotel rooms were great, and the location was easy to find, about 1 kilometer from Wangxian Valley. The rooms were very clean, and the owner was very welcoming. They helped with pick-up and drop-off at the attractions and even arranged a driver to take you to the high-speed rail station. There are many restaurants near the hotel. Highly recommended!

Although the weather in September was still a high of 35℃, the scenery in Huangling, Wuyuan, had already entered the autumn drying season. The Hui-style ancient village paired with colorful drying trays made for very photogenic photos, making the trip worthwhile.

I was fortunate enough to witness a sea of ​​clouds, with mist swirling around the unique peaks, creating a scene reminiscent of a fairyland. The Giant Python Emerging from the Mountain was spectacular and awe-inspiring, and the suspended walkway offered a unique walking experience. With its picturesque scenery, it is a famous mountain in Jiangxi that is well worth a visit.

An amazing experience! The iron flower fireworks, Nuo dance, fire pot dance, fish lantern parade, and giant fish fireworks were all incredibly beautiful, a place that lets you forget your worries. The NPC interactions were also fun; I even made money at the bookstore, haha. Happy Wuyuan, incredibly happy!

It's a bit like a large amusement park for adults, but the space isn't particularly big. It mainly consists of game booths; I didn't watch many performances, so I can't comment on them. There weren't enough games, and the queues were incredibly long. You can earn silver coins to redeem for gifts. The final lantern festival was definitely worth it—the fireworks and millions of lanterns rising into the sky were absolutely beautiful!

The hotel's interior is spacious and beautiful, with a distinctive lobby. It's conveniently located with a free shuttle bus service, making it very easy to get around. The hotel also offers an AI lamp system, allowing you to communicate directly with the lamp anytime, anywhere. The response is quick after you state your needs. The only drawback is that activating the lamp is a bit laggy; hopefully, this can be improved in the future. Overall, the experience was fantastic, and the front desk staff, Xiao Yu, Xiao Xuan, and Xiao Zeng, were very welcoming.

The owner was very welcoming, the surrounding environment was great, and shopping and dining were very convenient. We even participated in the Lantern Festival's "Bench Dragon" performance. The room was clean and tidy, the water flow was strong and the water temperature was high, and there were plenty of power outlets.

It was already 3 PM when we drove from Yongxiu Wucheng Waterway to Poyang Lake. We took a boat trip on the lake and went to an island to see birds up close. It wasn't very interesting; just a quick visit.

Likeng's experience was rather ordinary; the advertised idyllic scene of small bridges and flowing water was only marginally realized. There were many shops within the village, giving it a strong commercial atmosphere. The village itself is small and can be explored quickly. It's okay to visit if you're passing through, but don't expect too much if you come specifically for it.

Xu Xiake said, "The wonder of Guifeng's peaks and ridges is unparalleled in Yandang." Its Danxia landforms, with their strange peaks and rocks, resemble a giant stone turtle, with thirty-six peaks stacked upon each other. No wonder there's a saying, "Guifeng on the river is a rarity in the world."
