A monument standing beside the prefectural road.
Original Text
I didn't know that Naoko Takahashi, who won the 2000 Sydney Olympics Women's Marathon, was practicing on Tokunoshima. A monument stands beside the prefectural road near Yonama Beach. On the surface, Mr. Takahashi cutting the winning goal tape is engraved.
Naoko Takahashi and Director Koide were deeply moved to follow this prefectural road when I thought that they had steadily accumulated training using this road in Tokunoshima.
The road just outside the airport was Naoko Road, and a monument was built. Naoko Takahashi's footprints were engraved. It seems quite difficult to actually run on a road with ups and downs.
it's at the start of the business group track and field practice course

It's easy to overlook it because it's in front of a sports club that seems to be a facility related to Sunset Resort, but it's along Prefectural Road 629. This prefectural road is a business group track and field practice course, and although there are signs of kilometers, it is located just where the "start" sign is.
There is a monument right next to the Sunset Resort. It seems to be only a monument. A training camp in the sunset resort? Mr. TK is displayed with the signatures of athletes who are thought to have visited.
