Cerna Valley The pictures and travel materials on the network were years ago before the water almost disappeared, and they explained that this has been happening for years due to the weather. Unfortunately, the local government does not seem to support efforts to bring money into the area, and there are no bins or services to take away the inevitable waste as tourists and locals travel to enjoy the scenery. The consequence of this lack of management is that the garbage destroys a nice canyon. Plus, in such a beautiful place, there was rock everywhere, graffiti on rocks I'd never seen before, ruining it. What are people thinking!
