Beau lake
Some lovely walks exploring various paths around the lake, great views & not very busy so could park near by. Would recommend
No disabled access.
A lovely spot - as I remember it ! Not able to access Lyn ELSI as there is no longer vehicular access as there once was so out of bounds for disabled people. Whose responsible for this ?
Beautiful walk
A beautiful walk for anyone who can manage it. The initial slope is tough if you aren’t fit and used to hiking, but can be managed if you take your time. The walk around the lake has some ups and down...
Used to be a favourite place
Sadly this, like so many other places, is becoming over-run with visitors. Beautiful peaceful lake where i would visit often for tranquillity and calm, now a days it can be quite busy
Steep to begin with
Take care for the first 10 to 15 minutes, very steep and slippery this time of year. Its worth it though, lovely view of the lake and Snowdonia mountains
