Great spot to spend some time. There are 3 levels of shops and restaurants along with some open public space. You can watch the sunset from here which is beautiful.
This used to be a 5 - but be fore-warned, I used to eat lunch here all the time, good restaurants, but they have stopped validating parking? Now, you get 1 hour free. Period. Then you start paying and...
