    This area provides a glimpse into a different period of time. It is pretty, calming and a nice spot to spend a little bit of time while in the area.

    A walk through history

    I grew up listening to stories of this family and the amazing things they had built way back 'in the woods". This site is well work the drive and the walk, and is well marked.

    serene outdoor experience

    The history of it. nice place for a picnic .beautiful rivers. accessable by 4 wheeler or car. Written history at the site. Bring own food and drinks none on site.
