Small shrine just side of Road
I was just looking for a shrine and found it just beside of road in a small forest like area. Not much to see but many People gathered here on the occasion of new year. It has a small shop which serve...
It is a small shrine on the outskirts of a residential area in Ebina City. Go up the steep stairs to the precincts. The main shrine was quite refined, and there was also a bell tower next to it that made you feel the history.
If you enter the east at the intersection before going to "Otani Kannon-do", there is a stone steps on your left and the precincts are on top. The deity was Emperor Onin and was founded during the Genroku era, but at the beginning of the Meiji era, it was said that Kyoto "Otokoyama Hachimangu" was promoted and rebuilt as a guardian of this area. There were no people and it was a quiet precinct. In autumn, the rural amateur Kabuki "Otani Kabuki" is dedicated here.
It faces a narrow road and is difficult to find. At the autumn festival, Otani Kabuki, an important intangible cultural property of the city, will be played.
