    Not worth the time unless you have time to kill

    We went to this museum largely based on the reviews posted here. It was quite disappointing. We entered the gallery to several empty display cases. There is a great antique clock made with a jigsaw...

    History of Ellis County

    I love visiting this museum. I always learn something new and see new items. They often have traveling exhibits such as wedding gowns from the past. My family always enjoys a visit.

    SWEET, a fire truck!

    Very interesting accounts of the regional history. Hays was one of the wilder towns in the early West. Had as many Bars as Churches at one point. A trip to the Museum before going over to Gella's will...

    Volga German History

    A great place to learn about the Volga Germans who settled in this area. There is an authentic Volga German house and many artifacts from the 1800's when they settled this part of Kansas.
