the sacred tree is amazing.
Original Text
I found this when I was driving a car to see the inokuma residence. This is a shrine where the soul of Nihon Takeru no Mikoto (Yamato Takeru no Mikoto) descended into a swan, and a grand festival was held in spring, summer and autumn, and the common name 'Miyama (Miyama)' in the shrine was 3.6m. It is revitalizing the area as the lowest mountain in Japan, and it is said that a mountain climbing certificate is issued at Shiratori Shrine. There was a large sacred tree in the precincts, and when I approached it, I felt a sense of tingling on my body.
As the title suggests, it is read as "Shirotori Jinja" instead of "Hakucho" or "Shiratori". As the name suggests, the shape that makes you feel the swan or crane stands out. Leave the history of the shrine to others and write about "Japan's lowest mountain, Miyama" outside the site immediately. It is read as "Miyama", and the altitude is 3.6m and it is about a 3-minute walk from the shrine. You can get a mountain climbing certificate (see photo) for free at the shrine office, but I'm sorry for free, so I can choose color 々 ...
If you go through the old national highway from Tokushima to Kagawa, you will be able to stop by a very nice place that you didn't stop by in the past. I didn't know this shrine when I was little, but I stopped by on the way to Takamatsu because it was a venerable shrine. The symmetrical temple was quite splendid. The locals told me, "The autumn festival is very tasteful and lively." It seems that not only portable shrines but also lions are good. You are loved by the locals.
Walking from Shiratori Shrine to the sea side is the "lowest mountain in Japan". There is also a monument, but ... this is !! How about the story? By the way, if you get a paper at the shrine office and go to a sweets shop called Minatoya in the neighborhood, you will be issued a mountain climbing certificate.
Kagawa Prefecture is the smallest prefecture in Japan, but there are also the lowest mountains in Japan. It is located behind the precincts of Shiratori Shrine (north). It is also famous for its huge arrows and huge votive tablets. Regarding the parking lot, it was set up in the precincts and it was easy to park. I made a mistake here. There is a road extending from the national highway to the shrine, and you can see the parking lot beyond the torii gate, so I parked through the torii gate as I was in my car. Maybe this is a mistake and detours to the East ...

I read it as Shirotorijinja.
