It was founded in October 1990 and is located at No. 7, Huishi North Road, Huishi Town, Huining County. The museum has five functional departments of the office, the Ministry of Defence, the Ministry of Business, the Ministry of Social Education and the Ministry of Logistics, and is a comprehensive county-level museum integrating collection, display, education and research.
