There was once many many smokehouses on Les Iles de la Madeleine but overfishing the resource killed all the smokehouses. Except this one. High historical value. Because of Covid, there was no visit ...

I went in there for one thing, jerky beef. It came flavoured with maple syrup. I bought something like eight packages.
