About 10 minutes walk from Taniyama station. This museum exhibits the collection of Mr. Riki Miyake, the first director of Miyake Hospital, opposite, and is located on the same site as the affiliated elderly home of the hospital. The admission fee is 500 yen. The first floor is pottery (Satsuma ware), and the second floor is an exhibition of paintings. At the time of visiting the museum, a theme exhibition "With the Horse" was held, and about 20 paintings drawn by Kinosuke Ebihara from Kagoshima City were exhibited.
