It's worth paying attention to this place - it's one of the most important places in Kandy, and only the Temple of Teeth (Temple of the Tooth) is better than it - we don't know! Nata Devalle (Natha Devale) faces the temple directly (Temple of the Tooth), the oldest existing building in the Kingdom of Kandy (Kandyan Kingdom), dating back to some time in the 14th century. The main temple is obviously ancient and beautiful from the outside, although its interior is very special and disappointing - it's pitiful.
