Visited Bokor National Park on a half day tour with very little idea of what to expect. What we saw was stunning scenery with the remnants of a ghost town dotted throughout. There was such history from those handful of abandoned buildings, going from when it was a resort for the wealthy, to when it was a base for the Khmer Rouge, to when it was then stripped of everything but the bare bricks post 1980. What is left is equal parts eerie and beautiful! Well worth a visit!

Today is in Bogota National Park. I live on the mountain at night. There is a statue of the grandmother Buddha on the mountain. It is spectacular. The statue is very high. Bogota National Park is also very beautiful. The most famous attraction in Kampo Province, Cambodia.
I traveled by car. From the door to the mountain, about 30 kilometers of mountain roads, there is a temporary parking area on the way, you can look at Kampo city from a distance, and you can see the seaside. There are also large Buddha statues on the way, and a stone raised by the mountain. It looks like the smile of Angkor, and there are traces of local worship. I named it "Bogo's smile." It took about an hour to reach the temple on the mountain at the intersection, which is very suitable for self-driving! The scenery on the top of the mountain is pleasant and the clouds are lingering. After arriving at the top of the mountain, there was a sudden rainstorm, and I had to return in a hurry. I didn't go to the lake to see the waterfall. It was a pity. I will have time to return later.
One of only the Dongxie cultural heritage parks in Cambodia, the architectural relics of the last century, the emperor's summer resort, the clouds and mists of the waterfalls, especially in the rainy season, is a secret for photographers!
