A gravitational concrete dam built in Asahikawa, takebe-cho, Kita-ku, Okayama City, Okayama Prefecture. When I was heading for the dam on Prefectural Road 30, I saw another dam on the way (about 3 ｋｍ downstream). At first, when I thought that I had made a mistake in the location of the Asahikawa Dam, it seems that it was "Asahikawa Dam 2", and the purpose of the Asahikawa Dam was formerly called "Asahikawa Dam 1".
