It is the memorial hall of Ryuichi Yokoyama, who was chosen as the first manga house for cultural merit.     Located in Kochi City Cultural Plaza Karuport, the entrance to the manga building is on the ３ floor. Ryuichi Yokoyama's masterpiece is "Fuku-chan". Fuku-chan Street in the commemorative manga building is full of fun tricks and play such as Jixo puzzles, peeping holes, deception paintings, etc. In addition, the fish object created by Ryuichi Yokoyama 々 tower is made of three layers of atrium, with a total length of 9 ｍ and about 300 fish swimming. ３ In the manga library on the floor, including Ryuichi Yokoyama related books, ... from Kochi.
