Kind of cool
I couldn't get inside when I was here. There were no events taking place. But it was still interesting to see the exterior. It's located right next to a mall and the Olympic Stadium downtown.

I would have come, super, young people! Very atmospheric concerts, the hall was constantly delighted! I love such events
Sports Palace
The sports palace was built in Kiev in 1958-1960hg. Three times was reconstructed: 1980-1982, 2004-2005, 2011.

As a place for concerts is not very good, as the scene at 2m level and standing even in hungry fan behind people practicality is not visible. Sound is not very good either.
