The building was built in 1975-1980hg. He was severely affected by the fire in 2014 at Euromaidan, now restored. Previously there was a Kiev noble assembly.

When I visited Independence Square, the building was impressive, so I took a picture. Later I learned that this is a labor union building. It was completed in 1980. It was interesting as a building in the late socialist era.
