On the way back to Ise's home after sightseeing, I stopped by to take a restroom break and buy souvenirs. It was smaller than the Hamanako service area and there were few types of souvenirs, so I didn't buy it here and bought a lot in the Hamanako service area. It is an ordinary service area.
I used Tomei Expressway from Shin-Shimizu IC to Shimizu JKT. I usually use Tomei Expressway when going up and Izu, but I don't use it very much for down. Compared to Shin Tomei, the curve feels scary and the road is poorly managed, so I get tired. Makinohara SA is also quite large and makes it convenient for eating and shopping.
I ordered kakiage soba to eat easily in preparation for the night. Kakiage was delicious, but the soup doesn't taste good. I think I had the same impression when I ate some soba in Shizuoka before. It was a half-finished soup that was neither sweet nor spicy.
I was surprised at the use for the first time in a long time. The whole building has been renewed and can be used very comfortably, but there were some places where it was difficult to walk to the toilet. There was also a shower room and a nap room, which was a friendly facility for people traveling long distances. I think the facility that I would be happy to have in SA is an internet cafe. I think it will prosper.
Stop by for a break during work. The shop is like a teahouse, and sweets made with tea stand out. Buy roll cakes and sheep mutton, and dried potatoes. There was no guest except ourselves because it was a weekday night.
