It is a statue facing Lake Senba. Somehow it feels like I've met my old man in Mito. It may be the influence of a TV program, but I tried to get close. It seems to be Mito.
On the west side of Senba Park centered on Lake Senba, there is a "Komon Statue Square" and a statue of Komon-sama. Komon-sama is a symbol of Mito both now and in the past. It stands out so big that it is a meeting place. Nearby is a statue of Nariaki Tokugawa, the 9th feudal lord of the Mito domain, and his seventh son, Shichiromaro (later the 15th Shogun Yoshinobu Tokugawa).
A magnificent statue standing on the shore of Lake Senba

There are several statues of Mitsuhiko Tokugawa in Mito City, but the map of TripAdvisor points to the "Tokugawa Mitsuhiko Ko Statue" near the Yoshibun Chaya on the shore of Lake Senba. The Komon-sama here is a large and magnificent statue facing Lake Senba, and although I can't find an explanation board nearby, it seems to be praised as a local hero. There was also a statue of Nariaki Tokugawa, the ninth feudal lord of the Mito domain, in the immediate vicinity.
It is a statue of Mitsuhiro Tokugawa in Mito, who is familiar with historical dramas. I stood with Do 々. Located in Senba Park, there were tourists taking commemorative photos here. I got a sense of accomplishment that I came to Mito City, Ibaraki Prefecture.
When I cycled around Lake Senba in October, I found a statue of Mitsuhiro Tokugawa (Mito Komon). It was a big statue. It is a statue standing facing Mito Castle. The statue of Mito Komon in front of the station is a statue with Mr. Suke and Mr. Kaku, but this was the only statue.
