Here is the place to see the whole bay. You can see the port in all its splendour. Although only to take a few photos since there is not much more to do.

You can drive by car. You can walk, but you will have to roll decently. The view is excellent from two sites and the feeling of the monument is not unequivocal.

Very dirty, rehabilitation is necessary. No parking for cars. The place is not cleaned. Rung, though this is our story. Where is the city administration looking? The view from there is good, but the staircase is terrible.
