Yongning Tuzhifu Office

Yongning Tusifu Yamen is located in Zhongshi Village, Yongning Township, also known as Yongning Tusi Yamen. It is a building with Naxi style. Yongning local magistrate's office is divided into inner and outer courtyards. There are conference halls, reception rooms, offices, interrogation rooms, and standing team bedrooms in the outdoor courtyard of the guards on both sides. The inner courtyard is a loft connected by horses on all sides, which is the lounge and bedroom of the officials of the prefectural government. There are two centuries-old locust trees around the gate. Now, except for the turn attic that connects the four sides of the inner courtyard, there are only ruins of other buildings. Although the two ancient locust trees have survived hundreds of years of wind and rain, they are still tall and straight. The Yongning local magistrate's office was originally built on the Kaiji Bridge called "Kaijiwa" by the Mosuo people. It was the seat of the local magistrate's office where the first, second and third ancestors of the chieftain, A Hengfang, served as the minister of Yongning's local magistrate until the fifth year of Guangxu. The building is spectacular. It was burnt down due to the war, and only the ruins and a century-old ginkgo tree remain. It was later rebuilt in the faithful village.
