Not Accessible at this time. The drive to the island was closed. That made it difficult for 2 elderly old folks with walkers.
Great picnic spot
Enjoyed an hour there. No cars allowed at this time which is great. Luscious trees, picnic tables and shade. Enjoy!

When this island park was created, beauty and tranquility were at the forefront of the designers' plans. For many years, the park lived up to that expectation and soon became a favorite of the citizen...
Nice Walking Area
A pleasant area to walk around. Nice trees and view of the Saginaw river. Generally a safe part of town.
A lovely hike
We went here in March and we enjoyed the hike at the Ojibway Island. There were lots of majestic trees everywhere. We were walking on a concrete path. There was a river nearby, I liked that. ...
