Beautiful setting and well restored artifact but..
As others have said, it's only for the fitter of visitors. No tar pathways, only rainwater eroded tracks and veeeery steep log steps but if you can climb your way up to the well restored centuries-ol...
If you have any mobility problems forget it,it is a beautiful area and the riverside walks are excellent,but access to the chateau is very steep,and you need to be reasonably fit.

Interesting old castle in a lovely setting. Free to us as we didn't have guided tour. Thoroughly recommend.
