People's Park is located on the south side of the middle section of People's Street, with a total area of 158 mu, of which 30,000 square meters hardened paving area and 74,000 square meters green area with a total investment of 40 million yuan. The park was designed by Tsinghua University and was built in March 2008 and opened on October 18, 2009. In 2012, the Hebei Housing and Urban-Rural Construction Department was named "Hebei Five-star Park".

Shahe People's Park has an ice rink, children's playground, central leisure square, as well as stacked water, flowing gold river, relief walls and other landscapes. There are many varieties of trees in the park, providing citizens with a space for leisure and entertainment.
Small county urban folk park, but it feels quite atmospheric.
