Friendly helpful service with a smile
So helpful gave us lots of brochures and things to do relevant to our direction. We stopped at Franklin waterfalls and they were amazing. Had local hams and preserves for sale too
nice place to gather information for area attractions
we stopped in to see the the building and inquire some information about area of Jackson county, really never stopped at a Chamber of Commerce but this place and people were very pleasant and friendly...
The building is beautiful and the staff were courteous and helpful. They directed us to a wonderful home cooking meal and homemade fresh strawberry pie!
Went to get information since I just move here. Closed? What’s the point? An information center with no info; bet you could get nice old folk volunteers to staff it in the offseason.

Stop by for area info...
Located in lovely, historical downtown Sylva. We needed a map of the area for our travels and this was the perfect place to get it.
