Cool air (12 degree Celsius ),a humid cave
How many tourists did enjoy cave exploring here in Japan?if you are tired of typical sightseeing like temples, traditional places ,etc.... I recommend you to go this cave! Fortunately,it's close to Kyo...
With the car the tour is rather not worth it! But if you like us, the wheel was on the way .....absolutely genial. The cave is quite small, but the whole drum around .....simply class
Park your car in the parking lot, pay the entrance fee of ¥ 500 and take about 10 in the wonderful nature to the entrance of the wind hole. If you pass through the small entrance, you will be impressed by the magnificent wind hole. Water drops fall from the ceiling, and streams flow in places on the ground, making the scaffolding quite bad. If you go further and further in the back, there is a ladder and when you climb, there is a money box at the end. You can't go through, so you'll have to turn back the way you came. I went with a dog, but the dog ...
This is my first time to go with my child. There was a splendid staircase on the route to the wind hole. At the entrance, the heat was blown away in an instant in response to the cold wind from the wind hole. Naturally, the inside is bumpy and the scaffolding is unstable due to the sliding from above, but preschoolers were walking firmly (although when I looked closely on my way home, I was soiled at my knees). When I got out of the wind hole, I felt hot and sweaty, but it was good because I forgot the heat even for a moment ...

However, the area currently open to tourists is limited to 200 meters from the entrance. Also, because it is too large, the stalactites are also very far from the passage, and it is not easy to observe in the crush. As for me, I was rather impressed by the beautiful sawabe like the Oirase Valley stream until I went to the wind hole ...
