    Beautiful scenery ... miniature

    Original Text

Certainly, as you can see in the photo, it is a wonderful place where the rice terraces and the sea make a beautiful contrast, but the scale is not very large. Also, there are basically no places where you can park, so you can't stay too long.

It is a wonderful rice terraces like a box garden filled with Japanese Satokai Satoyama.

Takahama Town is famous for its beautiful beaches that are certified as the international environmental certification "Blue Flag" for beautiful beaches, but this is a rice terraced rice field in the Hibiki district facing Uchiura Bay, which is 30-40 minutes drive from the area around the beach. It is a very beautiful and unique terraced rice terraced rice that has been selected as one of the 100 best rice terraced rice in Japan.

it's a rustic seaside landscape in japan

    Original Text

5 On Sunday before the last rainy season of the month, I somehow went for a drive in the direction of Wakasa. First of all, I thought that I could see the sea and the scenery seemed to be good, so I headed for the rice terraces in Hibiki. I could see the sea, mountains, sky, rice terraces and harbor, and it was certainly the original scenery of Japan, but the scale was subtle. Also, when I looked toward the sea, the facilities of the Takahama nuclear power plant stood out on the opposite bank, and I felt various things.

I went to see the 々 fields in Takahama Town in Wakasa Bay. The small section of the rice fields with a view of the sea is beautiful in a staircase. I think it's nice at sunset time.

and the sky, the sea, the mountains, the terraces

    Original Text

A spot overlooking Wakasa Uchiura Bay. It is a scenery that combines the nature of the sky, bays and mountains with the artifacts of terraced rice fields, private houses and ports. It's a painting-like scenery as it was selected as Japan's terraced rice 100.
