Tianbao の Great Hunger の Sacred を Buried
Original Text
It is said to have been founded at the end of the Northern and Southern Dynasties. 891 people who died of starvation in the TENPO famine were buried in several temples, and Hozenji is one of them. Initially, a circular mound was built, but a concrete skeleton hall was built in Showa 9 year and 「 Monument 」 was moved to it. Now the monument stands on a square roof with a 3 base.
It will be a temple of the Jodo sect located about a 5-minute walk from Keihin Kyuko Kita-Shinagawa Station. The history is quite old and has a history of more than 600 years because it was built in 1390. This main hall was very large, magnificent and spectacular. At the entrance of the temple, there is also a stone monument of "The birthplace of Shinagawa Elementary School".
It is a temple of the Jodo sect built at the end of the 14th century in Kitashinagawa-juku on the former Tokaido Road, and cultural properties such as the statue of Amida Nyorai, the seated statue of Honen Shonin, and the paper-based colored hell disguise map cannot be seen, but the precincts are wide. A stone memorial tower of the board monument and a memorial tower of Ryumin Sozuka (a memorial tower in 1833 during the Great Famine of TENPO) are placed. The 400-year-old ginkgo tree is also spectacular. Around this area, where Shinagawa Elementary School in the Meiji era was opened, a stone monument of the birthplace is built. There are various highlights, so stop by ...
It is a temple of the Jodo sect built in 1384, just off the Kitashinagawa shopping street. It is one of the 33 Kannon sacred places in the Tokai region, and the principal image Amida Nyorai is enshrined in the profound main hall, but I couldn't see it. In the precincts, there are slightly unusual monuments and towers such as the stone statue of Budai-son, the board monument, the Horakuinto, the Gorinto, the Ryumin Sozuka monument, and Sugimori Inari, and each of them had an explanation board, so I visited them with interest.

It was a very impressive gentleman with a wide and large roof. The atmosphere of the dark-colored gentleman was mysterious and quiet.
A magnificent main hall
