It is a temple of the Soto sect, famous for its eleven-faced Kannon statue carved on ginkgo trees. There is a tree in the ginkgo carved on the left and in front of the mountain gate, and you can easily see it. Some of the stone monuments opposite the tree have a picture of Dharma. The temple was kind and I was able to get a red stamp. It is about 10 minutes away from Wakasa kaminaka IC on Maizuru Wakasa Expressway.

Along the country road, there is Tamaoji Temple. It is a temple of the Soto sect. It's quiet so it's very healing. When you go up the stairs, the eleven-faced Kannon is carved on the large ginkgo tree on your left, which is worth a visit.
