The manor sits east to west, and the layout is a traditional Chinese quadrangle courtyard. It covers an area of 6,715 square meters and a construction area of 3014 square meters. The surface is 53 meters wide and the depth is 126.7 meters. There are 6 houses. The main house has three floors, imitating the shape of the Western church, and is towering. The auxiliary room has two floors, all of which are mixed with blue brick and wood. The middle main house has a compact layout, and the inner corridor is connected between the rooms, with symmetrical left and right. The ground floor of the main building is square paved, wooden floors, and green roofs. The main building has more than ten minarets pointed directly to the blue sky, with an Italian Gothic church architecture. The front and back courtyards are planted with flowers and trees, the manor has a floor in front of the manor, and a square pond. The whole building has a solemn appearance, a wide interior, a stretched layout and plenty of light. There is no flower behind the manor, and the left side is the martial arts field and the observation building. This is considered to be the earliest "foreign building" built in Wuxuan during the Republic of China period. It can be called the typical residential pattern of the manor owner who came from martial arts in Guizhong area in the late Qing Dynasty.
