I highly recommend it. I booked the tour while sightseeing in Grenoble. Apparently, the museum was expanded 3-4 years ago, and it was quite impressive (photography is prohibited inside the museum). The tour provided detailed explanations, including humor, making learning history enjoyable (approximately 1.5 hours). There's even a tasting at the end. There's also a bar inside. The shop is quite extensive and highly recommended.
