Everyone, who knows! I originally planned to just casually explore Linyi, but it completely blew me away! This "hometown of the Sage of Calligraphy and ancient Langya city" is a hidden gem that combines culture, beautiful landscapes, delicious food, and affordability. Today, I’m sharing this hardcore “two days and one night, no backtracking” food and sightseeing guide. Save it now! 📝 🚗 Transportation guide: high-speed train or plane, what’s the easiest way to get to downtown? · High-speed train (Linyi North Station): Most high-speed trains stop here, but it’s a bit far from downtown. From the station, take bus K10 directly to the Jiefang Road shopping area downtown, or grab a taxi. It takes about 20–30 minutes to reach the heart of Lanshan District. Important! When booking tickets, make sure you check if it’s “Linyi North” or “Linyi Station” (the old train station). They’re far apart, and going to the wrong one will really ruin your day. · Plane (Qiyang Airport): Not far from downtown. After landing, take the airport shuttle bus straight to People’s Square. It takes about 40 minutes and costs 25 yuan, which is much cheaper than a taxi (about 60 yuan). 🏨 Where to stay? The most convenient area? Take my advice and choose downtown Lanshan District first! The local favorite Chaoyang San Restaurant serves hot bone broth with egg drop, sprinkled with pepper and beef slices, then dip in some fried dough sticks. One bite and your soul will soar. The scenic area is quite considerate; the sightseeing bus and cable car are quite crowded, but the capacity is large, so the wait isn't too long. At the top of the mountain, you can climb the Wanghai Tower for a panoramic view of the surrounding mountains. The couplet at the entrance of the Wanghai Tower is worth appreciating. The glass walkway is unforgettable; most people are afraid to look down while crossing it, looking straight ahead or upwards. The mountain breeze is gentle as you walk across, making it thrilling and exciting. The most impressive part is the descent. As the sun sets, the temperature in the mountains drops sharply, and the usual sightseeing bus stops are all converted into tourist buses, making the return journey warmer.
