LLaboydd: I enjoyed that the hotel very well maintained and smelled clean. The room itself a little musty and damp due to the high humidity and weather, but it was very clean. The tv was a little confusing on how to change channels. Bathroom was clean and had all that was needed for a shower and lotion after. There was a wardrobe closet that was neatly maintained with an iron and ironing board. Good sized room. The king sized bed has plenty of plushy pillows and bedding. It might be a little high for someone shorter or who has issues climbing into a bed that’s up high. Very basic coffee machine in the room. There’s a safe and a frig as well which is nice. Might be a nicer touch if there were complimentary bottles of water in the frig. Overall I would rate it 4.5 stars if you only need to stay 3 or 4 days. The staff is very friendly. A young lady named Shi was at the front desk and she was so sweet and accommodating to any questions we had. The day we left, we were running behind and missed breakfast. I asked if maybe they had any extra rolls or muffins for us to take on the road. She was sweet enough to allow us to go into the breakfast area and pick out whatever we needed before we left. That was very kind of her and an example of going above and beyond for her customers. She greeted us and said goodbye with a smile, which definitely made our experience all the more better.
